The Arroyo Menanes family has a long history in the olive oil business in southern Spain, dating back to the 1700's with their oldest orchard officially recorded as purchased in 1785 still in the family...thus the brand name "Menanes 1785". Throughout 8 generations, the family has acquired and grown thousands of olive orchards. Many of their current olive trees are over 200 years old, and some of the oldest trees are over 300 years old. Since the beginning, the Arroyo Menanes generations have dedicated their lives and efforts to the production of the finest Spanish olive oil.
